Before CroShan Inc. came to be, it started out as a self-sufficient, protective style for her.  Her family and friends saw how convenient her styles were and wanted to try for themselves.  They instantly became spoiled and hooked.  The word began to spread, and her self-sufficient styling then grew into a passion when she noticed how helpful and beneficial her styles were to others (such as those with hair breakage, thin hair, alopecia, etc.) Shortly afterwards, it became a part-time job which later developed into a full-time job.

The name CroShan was embraced in 2017 which later became CroShan Inc. Her business spreaded from the Mississippi Delta, Memphis, TN and its surrounding areas, to Houston, TX and its surrounding areas.

As she worked with many clients overtime, she discovered that there were many stylists and beauticians having issues with installing silky synthetic hair and human hair without slippage and showing excessive knots with minimal versatility.  She then realized that her technique created natural-looking parts and hid every braid underneath extensions while simultaneously providing 360 versatility. It also prevented silky synthetics and human hair from slipping, which increased the longevity of her clients’ styles from weeks to months. Because of this, she decided to name her technique the QONCEAL TECHNIQUE given the definition of the original word conceal.

The loose human hair bulk extensions that were present in the hair industry were not compatible with her technique.  She was then inspired to develop The Sacred Confidence Collection consisting of Silky Synthetics and Human Hair specifically designed for her technique.

She’s now excited hoping that the Qonceal Technique & the Sacred Confidence Collection could be the answers to many stylists’ and beauticians’ prayers and she’s ready to share her gift with the hair industry!
