Deposit
A deposit is required when booking your appointment. That fee will go toward the cost of your total service, however it will be lost if you cancel or reschedule in less than a 48 hour period.
Cancellation
There is a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Your appointments are very important as they are reserved specifically for you.
No-Shows
When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a no-show, therefore, losing deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if you do arrive late, it's not guaranteed that your full service will be performed that day or finish at a specific time. In some cases, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Confirmations
As a courtesy, you will automatically receive an email confirmation after booking. After CroShan has been notified of booking, she will contact via phone number provided to discuss style or if required, a consultation.
A week before appointment, you will receive confirmation reminder via email or text. We do this in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget appointments that were made months ago. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
Non-Refundable Services
Once services are paid, refunds can not be offered. If you happen to be unsatisfied with your hair, please contact CroShan immediately within 3 days from your original service. If you call and/or schedule beyond this time, or reschedule the appointment, your service will no longer be considered a “redo” and charges may apply.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Shipping Returns will be paid for by CroShan, Inc.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange. you must first contact CroShan Inc., via email or phone number, within 3 days of the order date. We will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
